Our Spring Conference had an attendance of 123!!  We began the day with a Corporate-Only Round Table hosted by Dharma Home Suites. Our General Session opened with our Guest Speaker, Andrew Miziniak- Author of The Unicultural Advantage.  He spoke about taking ethnicity out of the equation while helping us to understand the world in the context that it’s meant to be seen, truly global.

NJRC presented 5 Scholarship Awards to our 2016 recipients who read aloud his or her heartfelt winning essay.  Immediately afterwards was the  "Momentum Survey Results on Productivity Loss" session based on the results of the 2015 Destination U.S. Momentum Productivity Survey, an industry-leading survey examining, identifying, and validating the mobility-related events determined to have a significant impact on employees' focus at work, and, as a result, companies' bottom line.  Our closing session, "Talent Mobility and Talent Management: Post Alignment" consisted of corporate global mobility professionals who have successfully become strategic partners with talent management.

The day concluded with a cocktail reception, raffling of donated gifts and networking for all attendees.

We invite you to view our photos from the day and we look forward to seeing you at our next conference.
